60-Day Returns - No Questions Asked

JewelryPoint is committed to your satisfaction. We are confident that your fine jewelry will exceed your expectations in both craftsmanship and beauty. However, if you choose to return your purchase, we gladly offer a refund or exchange for any unworn item within 60 days, no questions asked.

To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition, free of wear and tear, and accompanied by the original Certificate of Authenticity and any other provided certifications. You are welcome to keep any business cards, promotional items, or gifts. Please note that custom-made pieces (items not listed on our website) and items that have been damaged, altered, engraved, or sized by a jeweler other than JewelryPoint are not eligible for return.

When returning your item, please package it securely and ensure it is fully insured. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice. For security purposes, do not indicate the contents on the outside of the box or use our full company name. Ensure your name and address are clearly printed on the package and mail it to:

Once your returned item has been inspected and accepted, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within two business days.

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping within the USA. Each item is shipped in discreet packaging and includes a gift box and a certificate of authenticity.

Domestic orders are typically shipped via FedEx 2-Day insured delivery within 3–4 business days. You may upgrade to overnight service for a nominal fee. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. or APO boxes, and a signature is required upon delivery.

International orders generally take approximately 4 business days for delivery. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout before payment. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs/import taxes and VAT/GST fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
