Is free shipping available?
Yes, shipping within the United States is free via FedEx 2nd Day service. We will also upgrade the shipping to Overnight service for all orders with a total of $1,950 or more. International shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your shipment is processed.
Can I provide a different shipping address?
If your order needs to be shipped to a location other than your billing address, please contact us prior to placing the order and we will guide you through the checkout process.
Will I have to pay any VAT/GST taxes or duties?
International shipments may be subject to customs/imports and VAT/GST fees which are the buyer’s responsibility. FedEx may send an invoice before or after the delivery of the package.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to over 120 countries via FedEx Express Insured service. In general, most packages will arrive within 3-4 business days after shipments are processed. We use a live FedEx shipping calculator on our website. When you process the order you will see exactly how much the shipping costs before you send your payment.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

How do I return my product?
Securely package and insure your returned item. For security reasons, please do not indicate the contents of the package on the outside of the box or the full name of our company. Make sure that your address and name are clearly printed on the box.

Free return labels for orders of rings that were ordered in a stock (pre-selected size) will be emailed by request.

All successfully-placed orders are given an "Awaiting Fulfillment" status. It means that JewelryPoint is working on your order and will update you once the status is changed to "Shipped". The approximate time it takes to ship an order depends on the product type. The manufacturing/processing time is specified on the product page in the "Availability" section.
My order never arrived
Click the "My Account" link at the top right corner of our site to track your order status.
Give us a call or send us an e-mail if your order doesn’t arrive within the designated time from receipt of your tracking number. Since all of our orders are shipped via FedEx Express Insured service, you can rest assured that the item(s) will reach your destination in a timely manner. In the event of a lost shipment we will send out a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
