60-Day Returns - No Questions Asked
JewelryPoint is committed to your satisfaction. We are confident that your fine jewelry item will exceed your expectations and delight you with its craftsmanship and beauty. However, if you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange any unworn item within 60 days, no questions asked.
To qualify for a refund, an item must be in its original condition and free of obvious wear and tear. You will also need to include the original Certificate of Authenticity and any other certification that may have been sent with the product. You may keep the business card and any promotional items or gifts sent with the product at no additional charge. Items that have been damaged, altered, engraved, or sized (by a jeweler other than JewelryPoint), along with custom-made pieces (jewelry not listed on our website), will not be accepted for return.
Please securely package and insure your product. You may use any shipping company. For security reasons, do not indicate the contents of the package on the outside of the shipping box or use our full company name. Please have your address and name clearly printed on the box and mail it to:

Once your returned item is inspected and accepted, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within two business days.
Shipping
Free shipping is available within the USA. Each item comes with a gift box, a certificate of authenticity, and is shipped in discreet packaging. We use FedEx 2-Day insured delivery, which you can upgrade to an overnight service for a nominal fee. Orders are usually shipped within 3–4 business days. We do not ship to P.O. or APO box addresses. A signature will be required upon delivery.
International orders take about 4 business days to be delivered anywhere in the world. Shipping is automatically calculated before you submit your payment information. International shipments may be subject to customs/import taxes and VAT/GST fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
