We are one of the very few jewelry manufacturers that offers a free life-time warranty and refinishing service, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. We always look forward to establishing a life-long relationship by providing the best service and guidance when you shop for fine jewelry.

What Our Warranty Covers

• Repairs, soldering, and cleaning.
• Refinishing and polishing of metals.
• Replacement of loose / lost accent stones (excluding 3-stone rings).

Does NOT Cover

• Damaged items.
• Lost or broken center stones.
• Items that were sized or altered by outside jewelers.

Sending an Item for Service

Shipping your jewelry back to us is easy and stress-free. You just need to use one of the major shipping companies, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and insure it for its current value. We will cover the costs associated with shipping it back to you within the USA. International shipments of repaired items are subject to a $39 shipping fee.

Please provide a copy of your receipt when you send jewelry back for service or repair. Also, include a note with your current mailing address and the reason for the return. We will have your item fixed and shipped back within 3-5 business days.
