Our Warranty Covers:
- Repairs, soldering, and cleaning.
- Refinishing and polishing of metals.
- Replacement of loose or lost accent stones (please note this excludes 3-stone rings).
Does NOT Cover:
- Damaged items.
- Lost or broken center stones.
- Items sized or altered by outside jewelers.
Sending Jewelry for Service
Shipping your jewelry back to us is easy and stress-free. You may use any major carrier, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS; we recommend insuring the package for its current value. We provide complimentary return shipping within the USA. International shipments of repaired items are subject to a $39 shipping fee.
When sending your jewelry for service or repair, please include the following:
- A copy of your receipt
- A note with your current mailing address
- The reason for the service request
Once received, we will repair and ship your item back to you within 3-5 business days.
