Is free shipping available?
Yes, shipping within the United States is free via FedEx 2nd Day service. Overnight delivery service is available for a nominal fee. Once your shipment is processed, we will email you the tracking number.
Can I provide a different shipping address?
Yes, you can provide an alternate shipping address when you place your order online or over the phone.
International Shipping
Will I have to pay any VAT/GST taxes or duties?
International shipments may be subject to customs/imports and VAT/GST fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. FedEx may send an invoice before or after the delivery of the package.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to over 120 countries using FedEx Express Insured service. Most packages generally arrive within 3-4 business days after shipment. We use a live FedEx shipping calculator on our website, so you will see the exact shipping cost before you submit your payment.
When will my order ship?
All orders are initially given an "In Production" status, which means JewelryPoint is working on your order. We will update you once the status changes to "Shipped." The approximate manufacturing and processing time is specified on the product page in the "Production Time" section.

How do I return my product?
Securely package and insure your returned item. For security reasons, please do not indicate the contents of the package or our company's full name on the outside of the box. Make sure your name and address are clearly printed on the package.

Once the returned item is inspected and accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds will be made using the original form of payment. Free return labels for rings ordered in a stock (pre-selected) size can be emailed to you upon request.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Don't worry if you order the wrong size. We will gladly resize your ring for free within 60 days of the purchase date. You'll only need to cover the shipping. If you don't know your ring size, you can request a free ring sizer using the "Contact Us" form. If your country uses a different system, please follow the link below to determine your size.
